Not quite ready to fill out a teen vest–but growing out of the child's vest means it's Neptune time. For the past several years Ronix has been developing this new series with a panel of riders just hitting the century mark on the scale so we could determine the right fit. And so the Junior Neptune Capella was born. A new size–with the same proven technology as the rest of our other high-end vests.
